I hope these daily Chinese lessons are helping you stay positive and motivated - especially if you have to #stayhome to help fight covid-19.

We also introduced #StayHome Pricing, giving a 15% discount on everything in our Store.

Week 11 Lessons

Now let's take a look at all the lessons from Week 11!

Day 1

In our first lesson of the week you’ll learn how to say “here” and “there” in Chinese. Wei Wei breaks down how the words are formed, how they’re pronounced, and how to use them to create simple sentences. Watch this video and focus on something positive and fun for the next four minutes of your day!

Day 2

Today you’re going to learn how to talk about weather in Chinese. We’ll also explain the difference between 很 (hěn) and 非常 (fēi cháng) when you want to say “very” or “really”, with some helpful examples.

Day 3

Today you'll learn a new way to ask questions with the super common "verb - 不 (bù) - verb" grammar structure. Not only will you hear native speakers use this all the time, you'll be able to bring variety to your own sentences and not always ask questions the same way.

Day 4

Thursday’s lessons are the best, because all the previous lessons from the week come together to make a whole variety of simple and complex sentences.

In this video you’ll learn two more opposite words, and use them with the “verb-不(bù)-verb" grammar structure from yesterday’s lesson to talk about the weather.

Day 5 - Review

In this video, Wei Wei will go over all the vocabulary and sentences we covered this week.
